This is a hardwood, film-faced plywood with an increased reaction to fire class. It is designed for outdoor use (in accordance with EN 636) and meets the requirements of gluing quality class 3 in accordance with EN 314-2.

The plywood has improved properties (resistance to weather conditions and surface abrasion); it is intended for use in construction for the production of floors. The product has reaction to fire class Bfl-s1 according to EN 13501-1.

The plywood also meets the requirements of railway standard EN 45545 (R10).

Types of plywood according to the type of gluing:

Waterproof: manufactured on the basis of phenol-formaldehyde resin, intended for use in outdoor conditions (according to EN 636), meeting the requirements of gluing class 3 according to EN 314-2.

Quality classes:

Plywood is produced in quality classes A and B according to ZN-2011/BZS-ST-2

Classification of plywood according to the type of surface:

dwustronnie foliowana gładka

Laminated on both sides with one-sided hexagonal imprint

Classification of plywood by type of phenolic film:

Plywood with standard 160 g/m2 phenolic film

Plywood with 320 g/m2 phenolic film with increased abrasion resistance

Plywood with 480 g/m2 phenolic film with increased abrasion resistance

Thickness:

Plywood for railway (flooring) according to EN 45545 is produced in thicknesses from 6.5 to 25 mm.

Plywood for construction (flooring) according to EN 13501-1 is produced in a thickness range from 12 mm.

Moisture content:

The moisture content of plywood is in the range of 5±10% (designation according to EN 322).

Density:

Density of fire-retardant plywood covered with phenolic film is in the range of 650 – 750 kg/m3 (designation according to EN 323).

Standard formats:

Additional information

Processing options:

Cutting to smaller sizes; straight and profile edge processing. As part of the additional option, narrow planes are protected with waterproof acrylic paint as standard.

The purpose of painting narrow planes is to reduce moisture absorption during transport and storage. After additional treatment of the plywood, the narrow planes (edges, holes, etc.) should be protected by the customer.
